Say Less: The 90 Day Lock-In Challenge ("Say Less," "we," "us," or "our") is a joint program operated by LaKisha Mosley (The Soft Simple CEO™) and Fancy Felder (SwagHer Magazine). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use saylesschallenge.com and the participant portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, and the password you create. Inside the portal, we also store the goal, "why," finish line, commitments, weekly check-ins, and milestone reflections you choose to enter.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and payment details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email associated with it.
• Automatically collected information. Basic technical data such as your browser type and log information, and cookies that keep you securely signed in to the portal.

How we use your information

• To create your account and give you access to the challenge and portal.
• To run the program — post daily prompts, track your progress, and support milestones and live checkpoints.
• To communicate with you about the challenge, such as a welcome message, start reminders, and live-call notices.
• To process your payment and confirm your enrollment.
• To administer milestone reward drawings for participants who complete milestone check-ins.
• To improve and protect the program.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run Say Less:

• Both hosts. LaKisha Mosley and Fancy Felder both have administrator access to participant accounts, progress, and check-ins in order to run the challenge together.
• Service providers. We use trusted services to operate the program, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (website hosting), and our email provider (program emails). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service.
• Legal reasons. If required by law or to protect our rights, participants, or the public.

How your information is stored

Your account and portal information is stored in Supabase, protected by row-level security so participants can only see their own data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your choices

• You can review or update the information in your portal at any time by signing in.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us at the address below.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We may still send you essential messages about your account and the challenge.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the portal. We do not use them to sell your information.

Children

Say Less is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to participants.
